New to Bingo?
If you’re new to the game, our beginner-friendly guide explains how to play bingo, including the rules for both UK 90-ball and US 75-ball bingo. You may also enjoy learning the traditional UK bingo number nicknames commonly used by callers.
Making Your Own UK Bingo Cards (90-Ball)
UK bingo cards use the 90-ball format and follow a specific layout. Each ticket contains 15 numbers arranged across 3 rows, with 5 numbers per row and 4 blank spaces.
- Numbers range from 1 to 90
- Each row must contain exactly 5 numbers
- Each column uses a specific number range (for example: 1–9, 10–19, 20–29)
- No number should appear more than once on the same ticket
- Blank spaces are left empty — players write numbers themselves
- Tickets should be clear and easy to read when printed
Use our free printable blank UK bingo ticket PDF below. Write your own numbers onto each ticket before the game begins to create fully customised bingo cards.
Making Your Own US Bingo Cards (75-Ball)
US bingo cards use a 5x5 grid and the 75-ball format. Numbers are placed under the letters B, I, N, G, and O, with each column covering a specific number range.
- B: numbers 1–15
- I: numbers 16–30
- N: numbers 31–45 (centre square is usually free)
- G: numbers 46–60
- O: numbers 61–75
- Each number must be unique on the card
Download our blank US bingo card PDF and write in your own numbers by hand. The centre square can be used as a free space if required by your game rules.
