Why Celebrity Picture Quizzes Are Popular
Celebrity picture quizzes are a top choice for pub quizzes and family games nights because they’re quick to play, instantly engaging and suitable for all ages. With 12 well-known celebrities to identify, this style of picture round sparks conversation, tests memory and adds a fun competitive edge to any event. It’s one of the most popular printable quiz formats thanks to its simplicity and broad appeal.
How to Use This Quiz
Print the quiz, hand it out before the round begins and let players work through the 12 celebrity images at their own pace. Participants simply write down the name of each celebrity they recognise. This picture round works as a standalone activity but usually features as part of a longer pub quiz. A separate answer sheet is included for the quizmaster.
The picture quiz is traditionally a British pub quiz round, and we’ve created both British focused and international versions. Any writing you see on certain images is simply the required attribution for Creative Commons licensing, which allows us to use those images legally and responsibly. Because so many photographs - especially of celebrities - are copyrighted, it isn’t always possible to include every image we’d like. Some websites ignore copyright altogether, but we will never do that.
